About Middle TN Hosta Society
MTHS MISSION
Middle TN Hosta Society is a local organization with links to the national society. MTHS was established in 1998 seeking to build interest and promote knowledge about hostas, including shade gardening and other companion plantings.
The Genus Hosta and the term “The Friendship Plant" have become synonymous
MTHS MEMBERSHIP
MTHS encourages participants in its public programs and activities to become members. Membership includes discounts on conferences and plant sales.
The American Hosta Society’s The Hosta Journal (AHS) published three times each year is abundant with hosta information and photographs of national tour gardens and the latest hosta hybrids.

Attending the 2024 Dixie Regional Hosta Conference in Nashville TN
Attending the National American Hosta Society Convention. MTHS will be in Ames, Iowa on June 18-22, 2024.
